Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Adam Bruene is the only practitioner in Illinois who is certified in both the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). His integrative approach combines these advanced techniques to empower patients through self-treatment strategies, aiming for long-lasting or permanent solutions to pain and dysfunction.
Dr. Bruene completed his Bachelor's degree at the University of Illinois and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences in 2009. Dedicated to continuous learning, he actively seeks out the latest techniques and innovative methods in chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and physical medicine, ensuring that his practice incorporates the most current research and protocols. Some of these include the Postural Restoration Institue (PRI) and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), among others.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Bruene has collaborated with several professional and collegiate sports organizations and enjoys working with athletes of all levels. Outside of his professional life, he spends time with his wife and their numerous cats, loves watching and talking about movies, enjoys local sports, and engages in powerlifting.
